Hi,I just recently had the same problem and I just sprayed them and the window seals with Raid bug spray and that seemed to work.

The four bathrooms took so long to paint that I wasn't doing anything except cleaning and painting bathrooms for a whole day, and then the next day, I still had the HVAC and exhaust vents to clean, spray paint, and replace. 

I had to spray my legs and feet with deep woods off just to step back inside the cabin. 

If you were to purchase a home that was sprayed with a chemical agent in tear gas, what are the repair costs?

Insulation - fiberglass, spray foam, etc5.

It literally consisted of one trip to Home Depot for lumber which cost me about $300 in materials, $200 to pay my handyman to help with the work this 5” tall gal couldn’t physically muster, and about $150 for the termite company to come back and spray and inspect.  

Have them spray foam it as well for an additional $750.As far as finding contractors, that's the game right there.

Cleaned everything , sprayed inside and out, scattered bait outside....problem solved.2) we state in the description that our place is less than a mile from downtown, and an easy walk or Uber ride.

Therefore, I have sprayed the building almost once a week for the past several weeks.

Most companies practice general spray and pray, will buy quick for cash, messages which work only if you can spend a ton.
