Some of the calls to my office are brokers/agents who claim I need to have a disclaimer regarding my realtor status (they're wrong) but the rest I suspect are wives or children who are mad I might be tugging at their silver spoon. 

The only questions is do you have the burning desire to get your self educated and take action, or do you want it spoon fed by a guru and hope it goes well.For me BP is the way to go.  

Last, I would love to know where all the EASY money, silver spoon, and glitzy neighborhood is that I was cheated out of! 

I get there will be exceptions where someone genuinely overlooks things, but I don't need to spoon feed a baby.

And they'll be afraid to stick their hands in it to get the spoon out that fell in - and call you to do it instead.

you need to get an education on what you need to do. read some books. read the internert. listen to the podcasts.expect me to spoon feed everything about real estate to you?
