Wanted to inquire if anyone has a contact for a structural engineer (on a residential property) in the Las Vegas area (Henderson specifically).Need to get an inspection done on a carport. 

I dont know the terms of this specific home equity agreement but the ones I have seen in the past were pretty expensive.

I would also add that you join your local REIA chapter (Real Estate Investor Association) as it will allow you to network with other STR owners and get more location-specific information. 

I know the potential state specific trigger if I transfer to my LLC in future, but difficult to obtain loans in an unproven LLC's name. that being said, do I insure the address under my name or the LLC listed on the STR business license?
