If you use different sources it will be difficult to calibrate the different scores, but think of it as a percentage of the max available score.This particular score seems to be based on an applicant's credit history, including payment history, credit utilization, and credit availability.

@Fakaradin Floy as mentioned landlords in alexandria don’t need help renting units right now and will not risk arbitraging the unit that is solely based on your ability to rent the unit when you have no experience and will most likely take no responsibility for damage.Am

Hey @Trevor Scheumann, The biggest thing to look for when visiting a new potential market is going to be to network with boots on the ground, namely property managers, highly recommended realtors and maybe a few contractors if they come from trusted sources.
