Like this guy Adam Neumann, so he bankrupted his WeWork investors, now he is trying to make multifamily syndication flashy with some more marketing hype and use his connection in VC world to well....trap the naive investor again.Be careful lot of these guy doesn't really have a shame and even someone said we have to thank them even here in biggerpockets LOLmany syndication are just snake oil for lack of better word, if you see their team and their acquisition team member, some of them are not yet even graduated when 2008 occured and teached all dangerous stuffs all over social media.

I have a strict no pets policy on my 3BR fully furnished mid term rental because it is nicely furnished and decorated with soft furnishings, linens, etc, has a carpeted, finished basement, and a tiny but fully landscaped backyard.
