AND they BOTH travel and together b/c they are buddies, so it just makes no sense.   

Nursing is a great occupation to create runway and to keep as you delve into real estate because you can adjust your hours, move to travel, etc.

We are mid-term leasing the attached studio to travel nurses. 

Many many many traveling professionals travel solo.

Somewhere close to GA would be good to commute, in case if we have to make a travel to see the actual property.

Majority of the renters on there are travel nurses which helps with the tenant quality (in my opinion). 

It also has become a popular travel destination over the last 5 years or so, so there has been an increase in competition in the STR space as well. 

The thought of traveling with cold storage devices, and having to write down a bunch of passwords in a book that you might lose, or in your head, then only to lose your life savings.... -- I'll pass.Probably a 100% overall return on my portfolio by now, though.
