I owned the property since July, 2018, on the assessors report he claims the property increase in value $184,100 between 2018- 2019, which will skyrocket my property taxes by a lot.

I think that type of community will become very high in demand as housing prices continue to skyrocket in Texas.

The market is doing okay right now, and the location is great (close to google, almost no vacancy). 1.2m for a 2b2.5b townhome is already very high and we are unsure if the market can skyrocket again to make our loss back

If this skyrockets I would tend to say the REO inventory would be increasing but at this time I do not see any reason to believe such an influx is coming.

Now, it is time to sell as prices have been skyrocketing here lately. 

The prices in and around the city of Charleston have skyrocketed, which is forcing a lot of people to expand outward ( down I-26).

The land has had proposed lots approved by the county before(prior owner).We had twins a few years ago and our living expenses skyrocketed an put us in a less than wonderful financial situation.  

Given the skyrocketing prices though, I don't see a team heading over there anytime soon.
