IMO, you will not see another one in your lifetime, but it doesn't cost any money to wish so wish away.Living in the Silicon Valley, you have to learn to keep on innovating, or you will become obsolete in a blink of an eye.

Silicon valley is different than the rust belt.

Since I am 23 years old living in Silicon Valley, I feel compelled to pick a fresh name that stands apart from traditional names.

As PDX has the 2nd lowest occ rate in the country behind only Silicon valley.

Just screwed it down with masonry screws and put silicone around the edges.

I honestly cant see that happening in some markets but sure would be nice to get a nice house for a good price to start out with here in over priced silicon valley.

I just know that more often I get invites to linkedin these days.LinkedIn has a heavy bias towards Silicon Valley and technology.

Someday I might buy a home here (which cost only a fraction of similar homes in Silicon Valley), but for the time being, I enjoy outsourcing the property management projects to a landlord.
