Lumber is still a part of the local economy, but a shrinking one.

The market for "wholesale" properties is shrinking and consolidating.  

You would shrink your pool of potential buyers to just investors.

DC and Philadelphia have had strongly growing populations for 50 years, while Baltimore has had a shrinking population for 70 years.

As an attorney, I don't think your legal needs should grow or shrink over time (on a "per unit" basis), but it will evolve.There is very little an attorney can do that you can't do yourself if you have the right knowledge and experience (apart from those actions that require a law license, like representing a corporation in an eviction matter in some jurisdictions). 95% of evictions are very basic.

I think the margins are shrinking for remodels.

But just give us a thought before you shrink the font, go with a low impact typeface, and switch things to grey.
