As an attorney, I don't think your legal needs should grow or shrink over time (on a "per unit" basis), but it will evolve.There is very little an attorney can do that you can't do yourself if you have the right knowledge and experience (apart from those actions that require a law license, like representing a corporation in an eviction matter in some jurisdictions). 95% of evictions are very basic.
