Flippers shoulder the greatest burden because of the higher interest rates they usually pay using hard money or private loans.

I'd hate to be looking over my shoulder and seeing you behind me!

Hiring an investment company will take off the entire load from your shoulders as they will help you right from the starting process.

I think I am going to try and be more up front and not let things roll off my shoulder.

@Caleb GriffinWelcome to the site.Great plan, sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders. 

Then see if you can work for/with them in some role...maybe as a research assistant, or if they are an adviser for a club on campus join that club and try to get into a leadership role within the club so you have a chance to rub shoulders with them outside of the classroom and maybe in a more relaxed setting than even the club duties.
