I noticed on the city website that it can only be done in certain areas, which I'm more than fine with.

I would suggest either talking with a local bank/credit union about refinancing your existing portfolio and/or one that shows they do MHP loans on their website.

Expect to pay a slightly higher rate and make a larger down payment than what you see on lender's websites with regard to their rates, points and LTVs.

When we moved our companies to a new accounting software we looked at Quickbooks, but found its international awareness (tax rules, multi-currency, locale support, etc), project/job, and multi-company abilities to be clunky.To be fair, none of the candidates hit everything on our wishlist.We ended-up selecting MoneyWorks by Cognito and have been satisfied with it over the past three years.

Aside from the real estate websites (idealista, sapo,Imovirtual) and AirDNA, is there another website/source that we can use to analyze the areas?

The problem with that is it'll be harder for the residents and the vendors to use the rentvine features as fewer people want to log in to a website from a smartphone.Also, it requires a lot of clicks/scrolling/opening new pages/tabs to get to where you want.
