While there are some quality LO's there, I have also found some of them were working at Pizza Hut or Jiffy Lube last year (nothing against those places, just making a point).

@Lucero SanchezYes, you can use FHA financing (which is only for owner occupied) for SFH, duplex, tri-plexes or 4 plex.you can't you for 5 or more units.you can use FHA multiple times. and the interest rates are lo and the downpayments are MUCH lower than investor loans.It pays to borrow for FHA owner occupied houses.

The difference between L/O and Rent to Own is the spelling.Lease Purchase obligates the buyer/tenant to buy, the other two just obligate the seller to sell if the buyer/tenant exercises their option.

Back at the LO assembly line I was trained to just write what the underwriter wants to read that is also true to the best of my knowledge, give it to borrowers to "check for accuracy," and then sign what I wrote.
