Some Contractors will hire you as a parts runner or site clean up person, and then later promote you to be a framer or something else.  

With Hostfully, for example, you'll get a system that you can integrate other systems (like Breezeway for cleaning and maintenance scheduling) and Pricelabs or Wheelhouse.Before you move out of your place, search for and meet maintenance, cleaning, "runner", and inspection crews.

Is this a hedge while you let your runners run?

UPDATE:I should have listend and fired the contractor, a Lifestyles Unlimited endorsed vendor, Scott Flynn of Road Runner Constructin, but decided to give him a chance to fix the issues.  

This led me to the larger national banks, with both BoA and Chase being the front runners because they have branches close to where I live.

Generally one of these scenarios emerges as a front runner from conversations with the sellers/heirs/POA.
