Review them carefully. 

I get the frustrations of laundry and especially losing expensive luxury linens that gain 5-star reviews and very happy guests.

Review the quality of the tenant base (do they have a history of paying on time, what were the original screening criteria, do they have applications on file).

I've heard mixed reviews on it but we don't prefer to deal with Section 8 here, it's an arduous process.

I would also have them review the video before they start cleaning next time they're there.
