@Tinia JamesIf you receive a 1099 showing income from one of your deals, you have to file a Schedule C to report that income.

It markets our properties, screens our tenants, collects our rent, deposits it into our bank accounts, has full accounting and reporting features, has a tenant facing web portal & app where tenants can log in and report maintenance issues and see their account, etc, for $2/door/month - but they have a $45 minimum monthly fee... so up until you cross 22 doors it would be $45.

I'll report back on how quickly they "update" my OMG request. 

It won't matter if they hire an attorney to fight it, because the databases that report evictions only care about whether or not an eviction was filed. 

Main questions would be, how long have you owned this and is there any rental income reporting on your most recent return.

report card as stolen and replace, i do that on all cards every few years help with identify fraud also

No one I know is going anywhere to report their loss so you can research it.
