This is the exact same approach we are taking - information has gone out a few times in our newsletters over the last year and a half, with more details available upon request, along with FYIs to clients at year end or other regular meetings. 

That's not a profit producing activity for a Broker / Property Manager as 99% are tire kickers and the ones who will buy will buy without going on a date with you. 

They do an inspection, look for potential costs with repairs and produce a final report.

Regular schedule updates should be completed to track the progress vs. the baseline agreed upon schedule.

My property manager I don't think has a chance to relax, but she does have systems built around her to free up the time when it comes to regular maintenance and rent collection.

I'm unfamiliar with this score but I've done some research and supposedly it is more accurate than a regular credit score as it reports rent payments.

He's been out a long time and updates the information regularly based on the market and new applications & tools.

The nicer houses had brick foundations but regular folks built on cedar piers.
