I would just recommend renting their modem so you are always receiving the highest speed possible.   

Now they charge for every single stupid thing and when their system wouldn't allow me to toggle my subscription from annual to monthly (because i was planning on going to a different CRM) it charged me for $3800 for the year and they refused to refund and go to monthly.

May I ask, where are you finding $25k properties and what is the monthly cashflow you are receiving?

Our office receives about 50 of these a month from various wholesalers and I always look at ones I don't recognize to see what people are trying.

Finance institutions long well received them. 

These cities literally helped build up this country and our economy and I will never understand how much negativity they receive for fighting through adversity and playing the cards they're dealt!
