As an added bonus, doing all of this well can often land you on the "vendor list" of a company, putting your contact number as the first call to make when placing the next crew passing through.I apologize for the long-winded reply as you probably know and understand all of this, but there might be a reader that doesn't.

To a future reader who comes across this same issue, what did I end up doing?

Unfortunately BP does not use a counter on post readers in the general post area where we are.  

I know this will disappoint most BP forum readers who have been taught they can live behind a computer screen and make sound investment decisions based on zillow zestimates and the number of available rental units at any given time.

This is advice for the readers: DO NOT buy real estate jointly with your IRA.

Unlike a lot of BP publications, it's really more of an extended pamphlet with some good pieces of information, but if it is "the book", it's only because it's the "only book".The chapters are approachable and reader-friendly, but you won't find any nuggets of golden information within the pages if you already listened to the authors' appearance on the BP podcast.
