I just secured a deal in Solterra which seems to have everything in order regarding rules.

Does it still provide effective results?

Post '08' people had the luxury to analyze for "cheap" vs the pre-'08' pricing and feel a sense of security in there current price acquisitions. 

IE securing them paying tax's insurance etc etc.
