I got a termite inspector to go and see the property and he said that it's extremely bad and that the owner didn't really solve the termite issue and prematurely added sistering essentially giving the termites more sources of food.

I'm planning on moving to Arizona and doing the same but I won’t qualify for an FHA loan right now because when I spoke with a loan officer he told me that it was a little premature for me because I'm just 19 and that I needed a job lined up in Arizona as well, so instead I educated myself more on seller financing.
