I fairly positive that wont work, i have read that contacting mortgage brokers is the best way to go if you can find one.

However they do choose to live in CA for many of the positives listed by folks previously.

Multiple professional references, when addressing this issue, carefully state: "the IRS position is..." - which to me indicates the same doubts that I have about the legality of the IRS position.Until the IRS is challenged in court over this position and loses, I choose to comply with their position.

21 days after reading this post and taking action, I got my first booking.com guest, but for a stay that will be in May next year.  

The returned interest from a loan is stacking up in the account and I need to take some action to get it moving again.

What it has, how much it is, what is minimums to qualify, AND most importantly how to do what you want them to do next, CALL TO ACTION.

Its always nice to hear positive things about local people. 

All being said, most real estate investors advocate that the earlier you can take action and acquire your first deal, the quicker you'll learn.

Uptick in action in the secondary mortgage markets I suppose?   

I think real estate is very forgiving (1) over the LONG term and (2) if you're well capitalized / in a strong financial position.
