I read an article somewhere that Airbnb was going to negotiate with large Apartment complexes to allow the tenants to do short term rentals.

I'm in several co-living groups, and the rent by the room model is getting more popular.

Not understanding that...The $41.45 is what's called a Resident Benefits Package, and is growing in popularity in our industry.

They are even featured in articles, have been profiled and interviewed in the local media outlets, look really good online etc. and have a reputation around town as being highly successful because they have been busy buying a lot of units and making themselves look successful even while doing what I would consider very bad deals.It's smoke and mirrors. 

My market is humming right along, except for the higher-priced single-family homes.The linked article provides some good information.What are you seeing?
