I like Columbus because that's where all the growth is projected in the next few years.

From there, it requires the ability to conduct underwriting the highest and best use of a planned project, which requires a pro forma built by the user or acquired from a competent 3rd party.

I do like now though on our sig blocks we can put our website and then link to our projects but you know those could be fake to I could be faking all my projects.. :)

I also look at future development plans in the area, as new projects can increase property values and attract more renters.

Also I’m curious, though: do you have strategies you rely on to keep projects on schedule, especially with contractors?

There are risks as you are tying up your primary residence in the project.

Though it wasn't what I planned or expected, just glad its over and was able to move on to different project.

The lots will be great to develop (either by us or another builder) and that's where the big payback will be on this project.
