The original wood window was clear and we had to install a plastic curtain rod and cut down a shower curtain for it. 

I did have quad tenants break the toilet tank lid and stick plastic flowers in it, jamming and causing a month long toilet leak.  

Then fill the rest of the way with clear gravel, not dirt along the perimeter a plastic drain membrane should be placed on top of the footer to at least an inch above the surface of the new cement floor.

Not bad to buy two condos with plastic and get them paid off in a little over 12 months.  

If the fence is your proceed, it you removed it and wanted it gone it's yours if you do new it's yours, but I'f  make sure you put up some plastic temporary fencing if they have a dog, so their pit bull doesn't come over and greet you.. 

Hey @Troy Fisher - thanks for the comments and photos.Yes, the black plastic and insulation are all in place and snug. 

So what you would want to do is take the plastic softener bypass valve off and either cap both lines, or loop them. 

The Rheem you get at Home Depot is Performance Series, has a plastic drain valve, looks like it has a honeywell thermostat in the picture and cost $425.

I happened to be installing shelving today and I like to stay away from the the plastic shelf brackets that don't always land on a stud. 

So a flexible plastic card will often do the trick when pushed downward between the door and jam, over the lock mechanism.
