the guys at lowes will deliver anything for me when im in a pinch...other than that, i pick it up, or have my guys deliver it...i should mention that my main group of contractors does most of my work similiar to j...they used to be carpenters/framers...due to the economy they've learned to do just about everythign else..i let them install hardwood floors, paint, install and finish drywall, tilework, framing, carpentry, siding, roofign, windows, etc.

i used some marine boat quality epoxy putty to patch a hole in the bottom of a bathtub...hasn't leaked in over a year (knock on wood)...cost me 5 bucks at lowe's...i've also used the real good silicone that is approved for fish tanks to plug small holes and cracks in toilet tanks and in cast iron main sewer lines..not the best fix, but it's good in a pinch until the apartment is vacant and i can go in and remodel the place :)

Keep some aside so when you get in a pinch, you can make up the difference on the higher obligation you accepted and use the rest as a payment on principal, you'll pay even less in interest and have it paid off alot sooner!

Rag in the bottom hole in case you drop it or at least plunge water level down.I agree the hanger works in a pinch...But twist bits are faster.( NO drill on them of course).

If you keep the judgement, don't forget to reinstate your claim as required by law, you should also be getting interest and expenses again if necessary, so keep it current and he will live in a pinch until it gets paid.
