When they do have to make repairs, they use the cheapest people around and will shop it forever which will just irritate your tenants. 

If you make an offer that irritates them your discussions might end right there.  

I was highly irritated that I was finding this out the day AFTER I had expected to close, but agreed.

Then S8  had the gall of writing the unit up for a small carpet tear which cost almost nothing to fix  but after spending thousands on voluntary improvements the write up totally irritated me to be honest.   

Recipients pay for receiving your garbage/spam, so you have already irritated them.

The best the police can do is to advise the landlord to go through court proceedings which is really irritating for me (And I'm not even in the situation, just thinking what if this would happen to me/my property). 

The only irritating thing about it is when I make a stop (say for gas) then it ends the trip and starts up again when I move.

I would like to know my buyers preferences when considering great deals, wouldn't want to irritate with deals that don't interest you.

I find it extremely irritating and disrespectful on their part.
