I have a lot of anxiety about doing this for the first time. 

Oxidation at the least; old finish + oxidation likely worst.  

The one that looks interesting is the air type that oxidizes the water coming in and then filters it out then back washes the filter.  

Usually aluminum siding with paint that is oxidizing leaves the residue...if it was alum. we'd wash it really well then prime and paint.

Causing daddy more stress anxiety, fear, petrification starts setting in.

I'm planning on investing in Florida (Tampa) - but I'm now having some anxiety over the process -- primarily finding a contractor.

Like I said he seems to be at the house less as operations seem to have moved, which has definitely helped my anxiety.

There are a few good books on the topic:- Performance Anxiety by Gordon Moss- Note Investing Made Easier by Martin Saentz- The Art of Investing in Distressed Second Mortgages by Sherman ArnowitzKnow that these books were written when more distressed junior liens were available, and they all focus on institutional paper. 

<coldblooded>I feel sorry for the person who tried to off himself but with my anxiety and paranoia there is no way I could live peacefully with them one wall away from where I lay my head. 

Ozone will oxidize any organic compounds, but it get's consumed in the process.
