You’re probably thinking you have to offer asking price – not true!

It isn't having paid off properties that offers security, there are still taxes, insurance, maintenance and management involved. 

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

I've read a few books on real estate and something the majority of them had in common was the BP community so I would like to see what it has to offer

-We could sell as is but they would make a low enough offer to where I think we would sell at a loss.

I am guessing only you would be signing the 18 month lease and this individual who is there to "help" won't be voluntarily offering their signature as a co-signer?
