I'm looking to do some statistical computing to analyze pricing patterns, demand metrics, bubble risk, etc.Most of the data sets I see out there are either limited in observation or are just downright messy.

After moving around way too much, and a few years of quietly observing, I'm finally ready to do something.

Other general observations about student rentals (not specific to Tally):Nice thing is you can get parents to sign off as co-signors.    

My observation from being close to some of these individuals is that there are two main reasons why they often don't invest with other investment managers:1-they don't know them (trust)2-they don't like/know about their track record (competence)Since my current track record in producing returns through RE investing is non-existent, the only currency that I have going for me is my character.

Action for the sake of action would be better served with stoic observation.

With my recent observations during my job search I have changed my strategy and started looking for Assistant Project Management positions.

In dealing with this population i have learned by observation that many people 1. don't save nearly enough 2.
