I just think most builders look at the numbers and say screw it and abandon the concept for a more expedient strategy with fewer headaches.The advantage of a shipping container is not it's strength (although they are insanely strong....IF you don't put doors and windows in them), but it's mobility (intermodality...trucks, ships, forklifts, etc.).

"Where is" generally refers to movable,,personal property...cars, trucks, boats, etc., and not used for real property.

If the flooring is outdated, replace it with a nice tile... a simple truck to visually enlarge a smaller bath is use a large tile, 16"x16" or 24"x 24", lay them on a bias and use very tight grout lines.Now, the stairway doesn't look bad the way it is, but the baluster and railing look a little cheap, like something you might see on an outdoor deck.

LOL.many in the fix and flip business though can get a nice tax deduction when buying a nice new truck they use in the business.But limiting debt to your personal resi.. 1 car for you one for spouse.. and then NO other consumer debt ever .. is a good recipe..
