If its appreciation, I think you did a good job assuming you held the properties for a few years.If its just FMV less loan balance, i would only sell if you are unhappy with your appreciation / cash flow.

I sold a beachfront home last year that was ICF constructed in 2000 with a metal roof on concrete pilings and the insurance went up triple what my larger 2019 stick built with shingle roof 6 lots down is.

On my end, I’ve managed to save about $80K and still owe $17K in student loans, but since I’m in the grace period after graduating in May, I’ve held off on paying them to keep my savings in a high-yield account for now.I’ve been exploring Midwest markets where property prices are more affordable, and I feel like this might be the right place for me to start my real estate investing journey.In the meantime, I’m also working with my parents to convert their single-family home into a three-family unit.

But for sure, reach out for more specifics if you wish.I also suspect (as a software guy myself) you may be using a SAAS application you license and so are held up on configuration in your own frustrating ways from that perspective.

They've held to 80% ltv, which is fine for us.I've got another lender now offering 7.49%.
