Moving into a 4 family can be a rough experience, make sure you are mentally prepared. 

In 20 years of land lording I have never had a case of false identity (that I know of).I don't think this is worth wasting mental energy on.

Daily, I looked for instructions everywhere, taking mental notes of everything and everyone.

The data shows that I’m highly creative, mentally tough, composed, and highly adaptive.

It could involve mental stress, physical injury.

Work hard every day to regain and build health (mental and physical).

There are a lot of options when it comes to RE investing and I'm finding a few different strategies that peak my interest, but I want to make sure I start with a crawl, walk, run mentality. 

I have a commercial contractor with connections in the county that already did some great work for this warehouse  I do have another question also about CAPEX and reserves…building has a new metal roof, it’s industrial mental frame, metal beam, shell condition flex/warehouse, no HVAC, NNN leases, new septic.

@Frank Barletta it's not so much the individual vendors - it's a mix of both big and small - as it is an us vs. them mentality among locals.
