They built a few more in the Silicon forest.. but from my talks with the long range planner they dont want anymore of them.. they want facilities that will employee more folks.

At such a low interest regime that we have now, whether you put all your pay into a re-draw facility before spending any of it, and progressively withdraw out of that, or, do what I suggested, will make a negligible difference to your payout time.In fact, my way could help your discipline, because once you make principal-only payments, you don't get to re-draw them again!

Have you looked into assited living facility as they are far more profitable?

There is an opportunity to invest around the medical / vet school.

most will have medical collections this is not counted against them.. but if there is collections from Cell phone and Cable etc.. then they will be problems.. at least that is what my clients tell me..  

David Valadao, who recently toured the facility, expressed strong support for the initiative, emphasizing its potential to reduce legacy emissions and protect local energy jobs.

Like Matthew, I am only interested in the east coast with a 'small scale' new Qualifying Facility where I would retain ownership; ITCs, SRECs, etc. 

I would contact other facil and see if they are looking for more spaces. 2) Co-Living / Rent by room strategy - I would try to turn that half bath into a 3/4 or full and then it could work very well.

TCEQ has approved the new facility I believe, but I'd want to know if that has any affect on the investment.
