I price my midterm rentals in Denver and Colorado Springs through a blend of rentometer.com, checking out the competition and paying attention to the season.

Is there anything on the disclosure that I should pay close attention?

Also pay attention to who the people are that seem to be acquiring lots of deals. 

This is the furthest property so we can't give it the attention it needs.    

My tenant had a medical emergency several months ago and is now in a long term living facility (simply put, she can't be on her own).

(Making judgements based on family status, number of kids, medical animals, etc etc..)4) When you get that first repair call 10pm Saturday night for a leaking roof or water heater do you have a trusted/dependable guy to call and get it fixed that night?

MTRs are great, and there is a lot of opportunity with the different medical facilities in the area, as well as the influx of military and the gaining popularity of MTRs among the general public, not just traveling nurses.

It had had very little attention since listening out of town.
