Heavy emphasis on caveat emptor here, do plenty of diligence. 

But I think you would need to follow the same route or similar route as a mechanic's lien.  

Therefore, I think I'll be placing heavier emphasis on cash flow markets.

That includes a destroyed futon, broken window (the locking mechanism) and other small things.I guess it depends on what you mean by issues.

Real estate in all facets was never a cash-flow investment mechanism, it's a generational pass through acquisition first & foremost(most cultures have multiple families in same household).

Somewhere in there, there has to be a mechanism that makes the regular commentators some kind of money.Really, how do you explain what it's like to live the different versions of this real estate life and be as focused as we are on things that are so different from what most people think about?

Small towns still need mechanics, plumbers, engineers, lawyers, etc.
