Massive dehumidifiers are filling with at least 3-4 gallons of water daily - we can't rent until a slew of multi thousand dollar repairs are completed.We were told that the dehumidifiers the sellers had in the house were only used during the spring when snowmelt was very bad.

@Bob StevensI was making an assumption that rent was not up to FMR For example in my county if you forget to ask for your yearly raises the dispersion becomes massive and eventually FMR changes can be drastic YoY for a new packet versus keeping an existing relationship.

I have heard developing an rv park one should budget $30k per space, which seems high to me but, all the 50 amp underground power, waste plumbing, possible lift stations, pads for rv's concrete use areas, pavement, landscaping, engineering, surveys, sitework etc, maybe?
