You tell me a market that was hit harder than Vegas?

I hear about all these different markets and get excited, but I knew I needed to pick one.

It feels a little feminine to me, which is fine if you are going after that market segment. 

While I do maintain a relatively modest percentage of my assets in money market instruments, corporate debt funds, and high dividend stocks, I remain most comfortable with the investments I specialize in and know best.

Alternatively, put it on the market and give the tenants notice keeping in mind that showing times will have to be done with 24 hours' notice to the tenants.
