What is interesting is that my property is booked almost entire February and March which are off-season in Sedona but quite open in April and May which are peak-season.  

I also wanted to share it just in case somebody else is struggling it’s OK to struggle everybody makes mistakes and even when you lose everything I mean I was sitting there in March 2020 with a huge lawsuit I took about 150 grand put it into options and lost that too. yeah that was pretty stupid.

Gave that list to her property manager in March this year & he just smirk at me.

I might tell him if he gets it done by completion date of march 15th ill give him an extra 1.5k 

Obviously, their presence would take away Christmas bookings and March bookings.

We actually saw an uptick in net rentals over the last two weeks of March and first week of April.

I turned the complex into independent living for 6 residents and we also started a in Home Care Agency, soon after that March of 2019 we got the approval to add another 4000sqft and 15 more beds a brand new wing onto the building in the plans the architect designed her very own beautiful room setup up just for her!!!

This was for mid March. 

Unfortunately one of my tenants defaulted in March'24.
