Sure, it would be nice to sit down and have a beer with every borrower, but logistically, it's impossible. 

I think Reno probably has more growth than Vegas because they are becoming a manufacturing and logistics hub. 

I just need to figure out the logistics since the numbers are good.

I have just one tenant who pays in cash now (used twenties from a cash job) and I get all the logistical difficulties, but really...it's CASH.In the brief interim of time between receiving my wad of greasy, stinking twenties in my hot little hand and the moment I stuff those bills into the slot of the ATM, I feel alive.

I haven't figured out how to conduct tenant walk thrus and other logistical challenges that presents itself being distantly managed.  

Because we work our own crew, we aren't high on getting too far from home because of logistics.
