Are you hoping for the partner to train you while working together, or would you prefer regular updates on the process?

I had some training but no real experience, especially when it came to negotiating.

To add to the humor, I skiptrace the guy, I think he has more court cases against him than the weekend warrior training program /guru who has around $2M in judgments against him that he probably just took his weekend course from - because its comical that after this guru holds his course every new investor comes out of the wood work with the same facebook and email campaign that they have been teaching for the past ten years.. 

So, in some cases their legal training is somewhat limited anyways. 8.

Because last month I paid $2500.00 for a 6 week training and already have 92k in loans funded and 109k in the pipeline.

I would suggest staying along the train lines and also looking for rental friendly areas.

Our strategy was finding independent residential cleaners and training them on STR processes.From what I’ve observed the economics of small town cleaning businesses aren’t great.

The students though, after paying big money to be mentored, do not receive personal "one on one" training anyway, that they thought they were paying for.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.
