Study financing, Study Wholesaling (if that is something you desire to attack), listen to Podcast.If your FICO is 640 ish, in 6 months you can be around 670-690 by aggressively paying down debt and getting a bit frugal for those months.

Don’t listen to dooms day people like DAN H (lol just kidding ) but Dan you are so negative in the forums… you know a lot but there is a way! 

The more you can connect with the person you're trying to get to listen to you, the better I believe your results will be. 

Reading how-to investing books, listening to investing podcasts and going to local investor meetups are great ways to learn the ropes. 

We do deals with Kiavi and I was actually just listening to an interview about them this morning.
