city / state reversed the law that made all drugs legal that was a bone head move .. and they finally figured that one out.. the next one they need to reverse is that any theft under 900.00 basically is just a ticket and not enforced thats also led to the rampant theft that has closed down numerous business's . 

In just the last few years we have seen two separate legislative adjustments to the treatment of Inherited IRAs (Secure Act and Secure Act 2.0).

While transferring it to an Ohio LLC owned by a Delaware Holding LLC (which is owned by your Irrevocable Trust) is generally allowed, the lender may require you to refinance or repay the loan if they enforce the clause.

I think it is absolutely crazy for landlords to require tenants to attend literacy programs...this is not enforceable and will not yield to any specific results.

Small Claims Court is also good, pro is you get an enforceable judgement so if anything is unclear such as damages amount that will be determined, cons are time and expense involved and once you win the big challenge is enforcing the order.  

Much of this is on me for failing to enforce the lease terms - especially around an inoperable vehicle.

A legally formed contract does not have to be notarized to be valid and enforceable, including a lease agreement.

However, whether that contract is enforceable is another question, which is why you should have an attorney look over your work.
