city / state reversed the law that made all drugs legal that was a bone head move .. and they finally figured that one out.. the next one they need to reverse is that any theft under 900.00 basically is just a ticket and not enforced thats also led to the rampant theft that has closed down numerous business's .

While transferring it to an Ohio LLC owned by a Delaware Holding LLC (which is owned by your Irrevocable Trust) is generally allowed, the lender may require you to refinance or repay the loan if they enforce the clause.

Small Claims Court is also good, pro is you get an enforceable judgement so if anything is unclear such as damages amount that will be determined, cons are time and expense involved and once you win the big challenge is enforcing the order.
