It sounds like there's no consistent place to go to given daily rate changes, quotas to hit etc?

Hi @Steven Hamilton II,I have this same question (1065 vs Schedule E)  However the partnership is between Me (as a person) and my partners LLC (which consists of him and his wife).  

What i would recommend is joining a REA or other real estate meet-up group where you can connect with other likeminded individuals consistently and share knowledge.

As I found out later, that couldn’t even come close to what was needed, and Chris knew it.The next two weeks consisted of frenetic work by the second contractor and his crew of three.

@Fareen E. as long as you don't violate Fair Housing and are CONSISTENT, you can do whatever.If you require an ID from EVERYONE, you are safe.

You will want to be motivated and make consistent progress.

Also, I’ve noticed that the unknowledgeable persons who are most likely to be suckered into spending time and money on these “programs” all have a basic gullibility that leads to them making comments that have remained remarkably consistent over the last 40years.  

If you consistently analyze properties, recognizing a good deal will be much easier when it shows up.
