Hi there @Philippe Laurin, I am doing an internship with a property company in Cape Town until the end of July, so unfortunately I will be unable to attend.

Or another went into finance and got a scholarship from a Utility Company, and then had Internships paying $25/hr every summer.Then of course people will say STEM has a return on investment always.

All I could think of was Airbnb or renting to people who have internships in the area.

I’m a college student living in Charleston for the summer with an engineering internship.

I am part of the continuous improvement team in the capacitor industry and this is my first job although I have had plenty of other internships.

I have student loans out and only have a co-op (internship) that rotates every other semester, so would a bank even be willing to loan to me?

If you have your own fix and flip projects, you may do so as owner/Builder, act as your own GC (only if you own the property) and hire out licensed sub contractors.To learn the ropes before you go about it on your own, I would recommend getting an internship or paid job with a construction co and learn how to be a project manager, costs associated with rehabs, and any other knowledge you may receive from that experience.

Get an internship with a realtor/brokerage....maybe you could even get some credits for it if there is a job shadowing class

Also looking for internship to learn as much as possible!

I have around two years of work experience in my related degree but not consecutively (Summer internships).
