I've never had property managed by them, but I have a franchise in the PMI system and know their systems and processes. 

We currently accept rent from tenants using a variety of 3rd party apps-Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle but are moving away from accepting payments in our individual names and want to start accepting payments directly to the LLC/business accounts, but LLC accounts do not accept Zelle and there is a fee for using business accounts on Venmo.

@Sean Anthony to us, this situation is really no different than a nonpaying tenant.We try to work with tenants, as "life happens", while keeping pressure on them by moving forward with the eviction process.

It can be a long process over time with multiple dynamics you have to be on top of consistently.

Well, of course it depends on the individual circumstances, the amount of time comitted and the capital available.

What was your process to lock in on that market? 

Based on what you're telling me, I'd also advise you to begin the process of evicting/non-renewing the lease.
