I did with with mine and pay myself back interest included but I don't if that's an option your plans offers.

Then those with tenure but choose not to go to the office can take the buyout which includes the severance.

I have multiple STRs across the southeast including in North GA and self manage those homes.

Many of our clients, including myself, have done that.

If your goal is to scale, I would suggest running your numbers with property management costs included from the start.Also, if you plan on adding more properties soon, I would avoid anything that needs too much renovation upfront.

If the landlord or their employee did the work themselves, they must include a description of the work, how long it took, and the hourly rate they charged.

If you have a “bad” tenant get rid of them as soon as possible, including paying them to leave.
