I am currently in my junior year of high school, and I have all AICE and AP classes, which allows me to get a full ride to college.

Located inside the gated Diamond Bar tennis club community this prestigious 2 bed 2 bath second story Apartment town home with detached 1 car garage and 1 car port parking will leave you looking no further.

However, due to keep purchasing real estate, my DTI is high and close to 50%.

I haven't taken it, but would assume it was at or near their best stuff...the inability to ask the specific questions you had might have taken a part in that.  

I manage almost 400 apartments in Cook County at this point.

I'm based in the Boise area so we're a little far apart.

Does anyone utilize high interest savings accounts for their cash flow.
