@Jason Wray - I've only spoke with a handful of lenders, so far none have offered 10% down.

I prefer VRBO guests hands down and that they don't interfere with hosts as much as Airbnb, but the app and website are incredibly frustrating, slow, and outdated.

Even at $110k I think you are pushing it as if you were to get a loan for $150k say your holding costs for that loan and closing costs could be $20k+, then you have selling costs of say 8% which is another $16k.

So the next ones will be out of state and should hopefully be as hands-off as the current one.
