Just my humble opinion, but I would stop all the co-hosting/arbitrage stuff and just focus 100% on getting yourself to buy a property....any good property. 

Sometimes escrow actually misses stuff.

And right now most stuff is not selling great in those locations either - even when their prices are close to reasonable.

Newbies don’t be fooled by this stuff.

There's way too many moving parts in RE to where he has to sit on the sidelines, and plenty of stuff he can do that does not pose actual risk.

I have read some stuff about some issues they had in the far past on a development, but that was before they built their current hotels, Kasa Parota & Kasa Riviera Maya.

I geek out on this stuff too... 

They charge 15% reservation fee for a complete management or $150 monthly if you do place bookings and they do coordinate maintenance, inventory, cleanings, front desk, admin stuff, and etc. 

I've thought about stuff like that.
