I have home owners insurance should i buy another landlords policy as well?

Since downtown development land goes for $30 million/acre, $100k imposed by the progressive city government for a 40 story building permit is a minor annoyance.

Or you can create the policy donate it and should be able to get 2.5 times the value for tax purposes.

I guess a flat seasonal fee like any insurance policy, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

As such, the plan will continue (i.e. it is not as if the Quest Solo 401k plan is being shut down and a new plan is started) but be governed by the new plan documents (which is why one needs to find a plan that supports the required features). 

That way you wouldn't need an extra policy.

I know the founder and know that they've set out to build a platform that takes the best features of sites like Furnished Finder and Airbnb and leaves out the clunkiness and annoying policies and practices.

If you’re thinking of investing, I’d say Florida’s climate and landlord-friendly policies give it a real edge over many Midwest markets!
